SandCastle Originals was born when my hat stash exceeded my storage capacity. I’ve expanded my collection to include scarves, headbands, fingerless gloves and even children’s play food.
If you are looking for household items I also make wool trivets and coasters by crocheting fabric and then fulling/felting them into a dense material. This year I started adding needle felted designs to the trivets. One of my favorite and most popular items I make are felted wool sleeves for cast iron pan handles – mittens for your cookware!
