The Tanana Valley farmers market has made the chef at the market a permanent program at the market. Every other Wednesday beginning in July, a chef from Stones Throw, a not-for-profit food service training program in Fairbanks, will prepare dishes using vegetables and other local products available that day at market. Come try a sample, grab the recipe card and try the dish yourself!
