Bowls by Wildlife and Wood are finished with walnut oil and beeswax, which are nontoxic and food compatible. We use our bowls for chips, nuts, candy as well as salads, fruit, dips, and vegetables. After use, wash and pat dry. Do not put in dishwasher or soak in water. Although little maintenance is necessary, bowls can be lightly wiped with walnut salad oil or mineral oil–available in grocery stores. Use fine sandpaper (600 or higher) to smooth the wood or remove scratches. If you have any problem with your bowl, please contact us. We will repair, replace, or refund if necessary.
